Sophie Olmstead is an Oregon native with a keen interest in rheumatology. She completed her undergraduate studies at Point Loma Nazarene University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. During her second year in college, she studied global health abroad in Uganda working at a geriatric internal medicine organization. Upon returning home, Sophie completed her degree while gaining hands-on experience as a CNA. Following her passion for healthcare, she attended Physician Assistant school at George Fox University and further honed her expertise by completing the American College of Rheumatology Advanced Rheumatology Course. In her free time, Sophie enjoys hiking, gardening, kayaking, and spending quality time with her husband. Her commitment to patient care and continuous learning makes her a dedicated professional in the field of rheumatology.
