
Tatum Vedder, RD
Registered Dietitian, Tatum Vedder, specializes in providing anti-inflammatory and balanced personalized nutrition support and counseling. Her functional health approach to diet and lifestyle improves the patient’s healing, managing their conditions and reaching their health goals.
Tatum Vedder completed her dietetic didactic program at California State University, Northridge, and her dietetic internship through the VA San Diego Healthcare System. She is currently working towards earning her Microbiome Clinical Science Certificate (MCSC) and Certified Specialized in Sports Dietetics (CSSD).
Tatum’s own experience with several orthopedic surgeries, gut disorders, and body composition optimization paired with her knowledge of nutrition for healing, provides patients with the empathetic and research-supported care they need.
She teaches clients to adopt a sustainable anti-inflammatory and anti-diet comprehensive approach to health to set patients up for success for their lifetime. Her patients leave with the skills to manage their weight, improve existing health conditions, build muscle, boost energy, and maintain motivation.
Tatum practices what she preaches by leading an active lifestyle of beach volleyball, surfing, traveling, swimming, lifting, and cooking.
